Learn the fundamental tools and skills that support effective project management. Topics include project initiation, planning, controlling, implementing and closing. Examine the role of the project manager with respect to team, client and stakeholder communications; common management project terminology; and how to apply project planning and control techniques to the workplace.

This course provides you with practices and techniques to coordinate project elements effectively and ensure that your project includes all critical stages and resources. You will cover project plan development and execution, initiation, as well as scope planning, verification and change control.
