Adult Basic Education Level Three (Grade 10) | Punnichy
Description: Get your Grade 10 and a whole world of possibilities opens up!
Level Three courses (Communications, Social Sciences, Life/Work Studies, Mathematics, and Science) are designed for people who want to build on their knowledge and skills. Learners who complete Level Three successfully go on to further education, training, or employment opportunities.
Start Date: September 9, 2013
End Date: February 28, 2014
Prerequisites: 19 years of age and out of school for 1 year.
Pre-assessment is conducted to determine placement.
Fees: Students may be eligible for a Provincial Training Allowance (PTA).
Additional Info: To be eligible, you must be CAAT Tested.
You must pre-register by contacting the College office at 682-2623 or 1-800-667-2623.

Adult Basic Education Level Four (Grade 12) | Punnichy
Description: Do you need to upgrade for entry into post-secondary training programs?
Level Four includes Adult Secondary Completion and GED (General Educational Development). Under Adult 12 policy, an adult may attain a Grade 12 standing by completing seven credit classes successfully. You can also upgrade your marks for entry into post-secondary training.

End Date: May 30, 2014
Prerequisites: 19 years of age and out of school for one year.
Pre-assessment is conducted to determine placement.

Early Childhood Education Orientation | Wynyard
Description: This introductory course provides the minimum training required by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education in order to work as a child daycare worker. The curriculum emphasizes on the content and best practices in three core areas: child guidance; play and exploration; and health, safety and nutrition. This recently revised course is based on the Ministry’s new Play and Exploration Early Learning Program, the curriculum framework used for all childhood programs in the province. This course is a combination of face-to-face and home study.
