Carlton Trail Regional College offers a many personal interest classes.
Common subjects of study include arts and crafts, cooking, fitness, self defence, and landscaping.

Description: |
This workshop seeks to provide participants with an understanding of the creative writing process, including:
• elements: character, point of view, plot setting, dialogue, etc;
• forms: poetry, short story, autobiography/memoir, creative non-fiction, songwriting, and others;
• benefits, such as keeping records of one’s experience, sharing experiences, self expression through imagination, and personal growth and development.
There will be opportunities to submit work for peer discussion and include original work in a literary compilation. |
