Study a complete accounting cycle, including originating entries, posting, adjusting entries, closing entries, sales tax, special journals, refunds and discounts, petty cash, and financial statement preparation. Payroll bookkeeping is also introduced. |

This introductory course provides the minimum training required by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education in order to work as a child daycare worker. The curriculum emphasizes on the content and best practices in three core areas: child guidance; play and exploration; and health, safety and nutrition. This recently revised course is based on the Ministry’s new Play and Exploration Early Learning Program, the curriculum framework used for all childhood programs in the province. This course is a combination of face-to-face and home study. |
